@hykemthedemon Overshoot the gain and you get semi-localized runaway oscillation, e.g. GamerGate. And that doesn't help.
@hykemthedemon This is why I'm not sure if I feel worse about Japan's sloooow improvement and lag or about the US's wild oscillations.
