This culturally ingrained attitude that women should get married by 30, have kids and leave the workforce is pretty sad.

@hykemthedemon Part of the problem is that nobody knows how to tune the PID contants of the system called society.
@hykemthedemon Overshoot the gain and you get semi-localized runaway oscillation, e.g. GamerGate. And that doesn't help.

@hykemthedemon Europe seems to be doing a lot better than both, IMO.
