This culturally ingrained attitude that women should get married by 30, have kids and leave the workforce is pretty sad.

@hykemthedemon It is, and it probably always will be, but we should aim for the delta to decrease towards zero until it becomes negligible.
@hykemthedemon Part of the problem is that nobody knows how to tune the PID contants of the system called society.

@hykemthedemon Overshoot the gain and you get semi-localized runaway oscillation, e.g. GamerGate. And that doesn't help. -
