I had to install like over nine thousand terrorbytes in dependencies and modules but @marcan42's waifu2x.py looks promising!

@marcan42 It's not that bad actually. It's only that in Windsor you gotta install half the Hell to get it running.
@s7age Sounds like you should be able to just use one of the Python/SciPy distros mentioned here: http://www.scipy.org/install.html
