Oops, forgot that my speakers were on while playing on my keyboard w/headphones at 3AM. Just wrote a daemon to set mute on MIDI evts. Fixed.

@flameeyes because I often use speakers at night (at a reasonably low volume) - in fact, that's what led me to forget this time.
@flameeyes I had muted them, used the keyboard, unmuted them to watch a video, then forgot (and volume was not consistent).
