@4mig4 Look at the Google Japan page in the bg. The font has some CJK ideographs (hanja subset?) but not all kanji, but oddly has kana?
@4mig4 IOW the font seems to have only partial support for JP kanji (possibly only the Korean overlap), but then has JP-only kana.

@marcan42 koreans do not use hiragana or katakana , but I do not know the context of what you doing , seems you went to the google.jp page
@4mig4 My point is that they're shipping a font w/ partial support for Japanese, and not just the CJK overlap with Korean, which is bizarre.
