@bwalter01 Now I'm curious. What's the story? FWIW, these days I see it on some USB3 HDDs... no idea why (slimmer than B? But not microB...)
@marcan42 The story is that in USB1.0 there had been no B connectors. Although it was replaced by 1.1 some devices made it with Af.
@bwalter01 I guess they only had captive cables in mind for 1.0. Rather short-sighted...
