@marcan42 Umh, if it gives error on "Reading EEPROM" part, does it mean that my FTDI chip is genuine? Trying to check my arduino nano clone.
@StrawberryWarr Oh, I see now, it seems it's broken with old versions of PyUSB. Trying to fix it now.

@StrawberryWarr Fixed. Re-download and try again :-) (turns out PyUSB 1.0 returns string-compatible data buffers, older uses tuples) -
