I don't buy it - there are many things that don't add up. If it were this intrusive he'd have actual evidence (code) by now.

@marcan42 moreover why ultrasound and not infrasound? Plus I'm not so sure computer mikes hear ultrasound very well
@secolive infrasound wouldn't work - think about it, laptop speakers have zero response below a couple hundred hertz.
