I love it when simple stupid algorithms work exceedingly well. Wrote myself an AMV "decompiler" using a simple perceptual image hash.

@nintendomaniac it works frame-by-frame, but looks for *contiguous* runs of matches, otherwise you'd probably get lots of false matches.
