The correct name for the PS3 keys that were released is "bootldr keys", not "lv0 keys": named after the verifier, not what is verified.

@KaKaRoToKS bootldr is the first Sony/PS3-specific piece of code, so it deserves the name. The SPE ROM is just Cell-internal stuff.
