This does mean that we have to be very careful about not just violating Apple's copyright, but also about taking code from other open source projects which may have (accidentally) violated Apple's (or anyone else's) copyright.

After all, the policy isn't worth anything if it only applies to code that *we* write, but then we go ahead and incorporate code that might violate it.
