Who the hell decided that an array of tagged machine-dependent thread information structures within a (differently!) tagged list of linker commands was the correct way to encode the entrypoint of a binary in an executable format? Which is itself wrapped in ASN.1 of all things?
That's three *different* levels of *different* TLV styles, if you're keeping count.

My developer senses say "string escaping". Someone will tell me I'm wrong but if I were to ask prying questions, at the bottom of it would be safer string escaping.
This screams "a compiler made this". They're probably retiring handwritten code across their devices. Probably going to consolidate firmware or something. Generate all of this from configuration that is statically checked against LLVM.
Thought that ASN.1 was just for crypto stuff. Is it signed or something?
