Only so many characters in Twitter. I can’t explain to you all why this is fake in that little window.

it's not fake - this is the first chord, for example. it's a Cm7add13 in an unusual configuration but only 5 notes across various octaves, with the root being tripled and the rest of the base chord doubled, which makes it sound pretty grounded despite weird voicingpic.twitter.com/bwkjTTGDDB

Yes, some guy made the spectrogram of what you're hearing and you can obviously see the text...https://twitter.com/marcan42/status/1345355915868790788?s=19 …

Hector Martin @marcan42Replying to @HassLiebe777 @XarmenKarshov and 4 othersBecause the high Cs harmonics all overlap harmonics of the low C (by definition), while subsequent notes don't, so it's easier to miss. Hard to see in the spectrogram, and similarly not that easy to hear if you're not listening closely enough. pic.twitter.com/meniGEILtr1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

FWIW, I've used MIDI piano rolls before and know a bit of music theory and every single thing I heard matched what he was playing and being displayed on the screen from the get go (and listening closer didn't make me change my mind). Maybe get better at music theory? :)

Also, as I said on the other thread, this isn't actually that hard to play... it's not an amazing keyboard performance, it's an amazingly creative idea. So there is absolutely no reason to fake it if you're an accomplished musician as Jacob is.
