Japanese friends tell me that the GameGaz Japanese translation of my tweet is spot on (and it does sound like how I'd write in Japanese).
Meanwhile, the translation of my M1 Patreon stuff that @iPhoneMania_jp did makes me sound like an arrogant Hollywood personality

Yeah, that one in particular. What's up with that. Also, just not using 丁寧語 in general; it's totally out of character for something like a Patreon. (I tend to use 丁寧語 on my alt Twitter when making announcements, and not when talking about mundane personal stuff)
