- tried rust in 2015, didn't vibe with it - realized i was trans in 2016 - picked up rust again in 2017 and loved it so yes, p≤0.05 (pls ignore n=1)

A number of neuro-atypical conditions can result in apparent higher baselines for intelligence, creativity, and emotional attunement/EI. One study I read in Uni psych identified what seemed to be a trend upwards in intelligence as the likelihood of reproduction dropped.

… that study identifying a ~ 10 IQ point higher baseline for homsexuals, and a 20 IQ point higher baseline for trans individuals. Of course, the merits of IQ testing is its own entire ordeal, but excitingly, this suggests a potential evolutionary advantage / "reason".
