Honestly, every time I fly around, there's like a week+ of practical overhead, between the flights, jet-lag productivity loss, buffer days, just generally being tired as heck after all the effort, etc. It's fun, but I can't do it >3 times a year.
One year I did 5 IIRC and that was completely unsustainable. I'm at ~2 right now (except, you know, 0 this year).
