For those who don't know, the GC/Wii disc scheme works by punching radial scratches onto the disc with a laser (i.e. cutting "tracks" out of a spiral groove) and then fingerprinting where they ended up and lasering a barcode with the encrypted table onto the inner ring.

Unless those things can calibrate your drive's spin speed to be exactly the same as the mastering drive's, to within 100x more precision than usual, or your drive controller's bit clock to compensate for the same, then no.
