Is there some way to get back the issue template in GitHub while writing a PR? It seems extremely keen in restoring my work-in-progress text, even if it's blank... which means I can't get back some text I accidentally deleted from the template.
Protip: if you're going to implement "restore your work" functionality for a web form... check for "empty" and maybe don't restore in *that* case.
