Reminder: if you're a Mac user and you do music production and are due for an upgrade, you'd better do that now. The Apple Silicon transition is *guaranteed* to be a complete clusterfuck for the DAW ecosystem.

Have you tried VSTs on the DTK? Curious what speeds are like... good thing I upgraded my main machine last year so it'll last till all this blows over (if it is as bad as you're assuming), I feel like it'd be a huge blow to their user base if this ends up being the case though.
I'm not a macOS user (and I don't have a DTK). I'm just saying this because I have friends who are.

Ahh okay, I get ya. I haven't heard any news on VST related stuff with AS at all so far, so I was really curious if you had more info! Will be interesting to see how all this pans out now.
