I wonder why not AWS?
The cloud is something like 5x more expensive for the same specs for just compute, plus another 6x or so for the same storage. More than 10x in total.

It's a dedicated server. It seems Hetzner used to have a server with a GTX 1080 for €100/mo a few years back, but they got rid of it due to it being abused by crypto miners.
