they have absolutely insanely quick response times even with no additional support or SLA (cheap auction servers) so you'll be good also they have strong peering throughout EU now
Going with Hetzner. Got the new server, will migrate this week if I find time or otherwise probably next week. I can probably do it with only a few minutes downtime if I plan properly.

this have an auction server and they addressed my issues within a few minutes in the middle of the night (multiple times) had a drive fail on me last month, got a reply asking when they can take the server down to swap the drive in 5 minutes, after 10 it was back up and running

You can also check out Netcup, they are better connected than hetzner, we ran into issues where if you had Telekom packets were dropped on the way back and to fix this they wanted 5 eur per server more because Telekom or whatever.

I think you mean „double paid traffic“, that’s a thing of the past by now, Hetzner decided to peer directly with AS3320(DTAG). That happend like 6-7 months ago iirc
