I have ADB, USB, 3270 Terminal, Sun, and NeXT keyboards but not... PS/2.

I think most USB keyboards are still dual mode these days though, particularly simple models. You can just use a passive adapter.

Most even need to be or they will not work in pre boot environments or within uefi/bios...

especially on notebooks this is very common, as the inbuild ones are most of the time still PS/2...

You're confusing USB HID Boot Protocol and PS/2. If the port on the computer is a USB port then it's always USB, it never runs PS/2. USB keyboards are usually Boot Protocol compatible so they will work with BIOSes/UEFI, but that is unrelated to PS/2.
