Tracing what GPU this iMac is supposed to have. So far I am certain that one of Wikipedia or pci-ids is wrong *somewhere*, because tracing the web of marketing and device codenames, this GPU is apparently simultaneously GCN 1st and 2nd generation.
Okay, Radeon R9 M380 is GCN 2nd generation (Bonaire), according to the source code. Wikipedia calls it a Strato Pro (GCN 1st gen) ??? pci-ids calls it a Saturn XT [FirePro M6100] (GCN 2nd gen) ‽‽‽‽‽ On the plus side, I have the RAI file for this lol.
