Some console hackers got ahold of an old kiosk system used to show demos of Nintendo 3DS games at Japanese game retailers. They looked for interesting stuff on it’s hard drive, and found... a porn collection. They’re all disk-imaged copies, so all these kiosk units have it.
wat. was this like undeleted/recovered stuff, or really just sitting there? hard to believe the latter.

so some poor idiot probably used a personal(-ish) HDD to build the master image and did not do a proper full wipe beforehand...
This reminds me of when @ShinyQuagsire and I were able to recover a few 3DS factory diagnostic utilities by scrapping the raw NAND for TIDS. Cool what a little digital forensics can dig up if you know what headers you're searching for. :)
