I'm skeptical but haven't found a blatant smoking gun yet; I don't know how task manager behaves with that many logical processors. However, I'm pretty sure the claimed hardware config is impossible, so it's at the very least a VM, and probably sped up.

It's not a real Windows task manager, the font is different, and some words and units are also different from how I see things in my task manager.

Yeah, I was initially giving it the benefit of the doubt for possibly being a different SKU, but there are too many things that don't make sense, that would never happen between Windows releases. It's fake and recreated from scratch.
