Just press the "-" symbol and it should bring it down
I didn't ask for how to fix it this time, I asked for how to make it stop happening. I know how to use the Setup menu.

If you only want to go into Arch Linux every time you can tell Windows to boot Arch instead of Windows. Press Windows key + R Type “msconfig” and press enter. Click on Boot Tab and check if you can set the Default OS to Arch Linux
