Here's the script I just wrote to fake that: https://mrcn.st/p/jRDLfDC5 It even uses real percentages and matching colors and doesn't have stupid glitches, unlike the bilibili dude's fake. It uses a static base image, but obviously it could be replaced with a screencap for realism.
