Still quite hard to make even in editing. You either do it frame by frame, or animate over it.

I don't like people who fake stuff and pass it off as something it isn't. People have been putting Bad Apple!! on weird hardware/screens for ages, including myself, for fun and the challenge, and now this guy comes along and fakes a video?
