Yeah, I just set my combo washer-dryer to 30 min (not enough to fully dry a full load) then hang the clothes in the bathroom (Japanese ones often have a drying function that runs hot air). 2h later everything's dry and wrinkle-free.
My old apartment didn't have that drying room feature, so I just hung stuff up in the bedroom. Works just as well as long as you have an aircon running or air circulation to get rid of the moisture.
