      Evidence: all the CPU usage percentages are 100% 77% 39% 0%, yet the pixel values vary more smoothly. It's possible (certain, really) the video was sped up and temporally blended, but this is the case even during steady frames (like this one). So it's clearly edited. pic.twitter.com/6JzBYMoZeR

      Well, I got it running for the most part. Here’s Bad Apple on taskmgr on a very large computer. SMT had to be disabled to ensure that the image displays properly as the kernel scheduler handler those logical threads differently than physical cores. pic.twitter.com/QMchANZy9W

      I did read and i confirmed it is played at 5x speed, it is played on a real task manager and there is no doubt about this.

      The speed up algorithm did blended two frames so it looks like it's wrong color, not compression. That's more apparent on those constantly changing values. Speeding a video up isn't just picking some specific frames out and make it a new video

There are a bunch of glitches, including this totally static segment halfway through that was supposed to be about one second of pure white, but ended up with bands including 5 shades of "77%".       Also, it's impossible to get the CPU usage percentages to always end up on 4 specific values on a real machine. They are always going to vary by 1-2% up and down. Think about it, *every single tile* is one of those exact 4 values. That's impossible. There is always some variation

          I didn't say it was achieved by manually loading cpu cores. the author could have hooked APIs in order to have this done.
