I've seen a smoother version of this, maybe Epyc != Threadripper does?
The smoother version that has been making the rounds is fake (it never actually used CPU usage, it was done via video editing). This one is real.
Task manager steals most of the processor cycles and the usage tiles become wildly inaccurate at that point.
What if the task manager is sped up or run initial video slower and then the video can be sped up to make it smoother. That's how the other video is most likely made
