      I'm afraid it's actually fake. You can see static frames where the same CPU percentage has completely different shades of blue.       Whoever faked that Bad Apple!! task manager video didn't even do a good job. There are a bunch of glitches, including this totally static segment halfway through that was supposed to be about one second of pure white, but ended up with bands including 5 shades of "77%".
