@marcan42 Just asking out of interest: I found an old bootmii dump I did years ago. In it, Bootmii is installed into blocks 1-2 with 3-4 being marked as bad rather than the other way around. Under which circumstances did the installer do this?
Maybe that Wii had BootMii installed previously (blocks 3-4), then Nintendo pushed their useless boot2 update which overwrote BootMii, then BootMii was reinstalled so it picked blocks 1-2.
