Seems that even if SHA2 is in use the actual keys are still of type rsa-ssh? This whole thing is unclear, will investigate further.

Okay, we're already using the newer algorithms. This makes sense, as RSA keys can be used with any hash. ssh -vvv with a yubikey says: debug3: sign_and_send_pubkey: signing using rsa-sha2-512 SHA256:[...] We're fine. No need to panic.

This change is regarding host keys, not authentication keypairs.
