I'm just going to say it top-level: if you're a transphobe, I don't need you in my mentions. Being misinformed is fine, but if I find out you're one of those people advocating for hate or harm towards a whole class of people against scientific evidence, I'm going to block you.
And to clarify, one of the requirements for being just misinformed but not a transphobe... is listening to trans people when they tell you your takes are wrong. Not doing that makes you a transphobe, just like not listening to doctors about vaccines makes you anti-vax.
All of us are human, treat each other with the upmost respect and dignity they deserve. No one is better than the other, and no one deserves to be treated any lower than they are. Well said, and keep doing you.
