ok not gonna lie, it's actually hilarious to read. I think the ONLY good point about it is you can report bugs woooooooooooooooooooooo Like said when this came out, I guess they are trying something, but my god they are so far off
No SDK included... but compiled plugins "might" work? Is this engineered to encourage piracy?? Plus no IDA Home bundles for CPU architectures Ghidra doesn't support well yet... it's like Hex-Rays trying to play their own weaknesses instead of strengths.
I bought binja the week before Ghidra was announced, lol. It still came handy, as a lightweight app to dump on a target system for local RE (without needing Java). Haven't had much of a chance to pitch the most recent version against Ghidra.
Oh, but you get the privilege of reporting bugs and maybe having them fixed, doesn’t that make it all worth it?
I agree with you... But I still find Ghidra barely usable for any serious work. (Too slow, crashes, complex UI)
Ghidra just needs a debugger
