I love that shops are doing this stuff! Yesterday I had some amazing Jiro style shirunashi ramen, with the noodles boiled at home. What shop is this? I wouldn't mind myself some tsukemen!

it’s karashibi kikanbou in kanda! i love this place so much and i miss it. they also have a location in ikebukuro, but i think only the kanda location offers the takeout AFAIK
