I checked the files and they have only the standard filename record (no extensions) with the flag bit saying they are UTF-8 encoded (which is *very* explicit). So anything that supports UTF-8 *should* handle them fine, which sounds like gnome-archiver is buggy.
Things get really confusing with files not having that flag, which sometimes have an extension record *additionally* storing a UTF-8 version of the filename and it gets messy. But here it's UTF-8 only and that flag makes that fact explicit, so...
This is embarrassing but... please re-download the album, as I just noticed and fixed a mistake in the music
