gnome-archiver had some trouble on my machine, 7z and unzip on the terminal both work without problems. Windows just seems to handle it. Nice!pic.twitter.com/lWWLrtBkDC

I checked the files and they have only the standard filename record (no extensions) with the flag bit saying they are UTF-8 encoded (which is *very* explicit). So anything that supports UTF-8 *should* handle them fine, which sounds like gnome-archiver is buggy.
