@marcan42 was there anything in the leak that will allow digital out cables for the GameCube to be reproduced??
I'm pretty sure we already know exactly how those work. We don't need a leak for that.

I've heard those digital out cables were proprietary and thus 3rd party ones couldn't be produced. That's why they're like $300+ online.

Everything about every console is proprietary and third parties still make third party reverse engineered products. Nobody cloned the digital AV cable because nobody cared. The protocol is simple and open source converters exist.https://github.com/ikorb/gcvideo
