Are you fading the audio between the RTMP sources manually while transitioning the program feed in OBS? Or letting OBS handle audio transition as well? (I ask b/c I see python controlsurface in there and can’t help but be curious what that’s about.)
Yup, fading manually with a Korg nanoKONTROL2 hooked up to both OBS (RTMP mix path) and Carla (monitoring path & mic switch) through that script! I also have mic ducking in OBS.pic.twitter.com/vJ1mMKNEt9

Slick; never used Carla before… I usually end up piping any remote sources out to a hardware mixer for unified mixing control surface, but this achieves that in a much more powerful way without the additional conversions. nanoKONTROL looks way nicer than my clunky BCF2000, too.
