Did he used properly double blind test to make sure encoder can be improved?
Have you listened to the wav file I posted? Of course it can be improved, because fdk is obviously doing a much better job. And double-blind tests are only useful to test transparency, not quality at any given bitrate, but surely you know that. Right?
