making much less trips to the conbini, running up more than a dozen floors of stairs instead of the elevator when i DO have to, AND forcing myself to finally do cardio at home has, ironically enough, made me feel more fit during these times than i used to. i lost weight too. yay.

i lost a ton of weight because i started eating 1 day out of 2, saves a ton of money, food, and + i am no longer classified obese, BMI under 30.

Also lost weight! Though I suspect at least *some* of it was lost muscle mass from not weight training at all since quarantine.

That was me with the flu in December. Or at least I think it was the flu. I tested negative for the flu, for all I know it was COVID and the thing was running out of China early :p
