By the way, using words like "hypotonic" without explanation, and misleadingly implying it's something regular water isn't (which it is), is how fake/misleading science news is made. Please don't misinform people like that.
People reading your tweet are going to get "distilled water is bad for red blood cells" out of it, which is true in the sense that you shouldn't inject distilled water into someone, and conclude "so it's bad for you" and "regular water isn't", which aren't true.
