I know this is ancient. But do you still know what node RSX this was? 90nm?
I honestly don't remember. I want to say it was one of the older ones, but I'm not sure.

Thanks. So far we've figured it's not the 90nm as the die is vertically smaller than the 90nm die shot we have. Main interest is that I'm digging up info on the 28nm RSX.
