#2. My phone. Every. Single. Time. Honestly, "Ok Google, where's my phone?" has probably saved me days of time wasted by now, in the <year since I got a Home Mini. Sadly, it doesn't work for anything else I misplace.https://twitter.com/confusedophan/status/1237621039351431170 …

I put it on my pocket or in a designated place in the house.

But really the point is to have a system so you don't *need* to remember where you put it.

The problem isn't that I can't remember where I put things when I explicitly choose to put them somewhere. It's that I am completely oblivious about the act of putting something somewhere itself. Therefore I can't invoke a system.

I have a system for my keys, because that's a fixed routine (unlock door, open door, hang keys in hook inside). That doesn't work for a phone which I might be using or holding at any time for any reason.
