I tried downloading Apple Configurator 2, which some people said exposed the extra settings, but it didn't. I'm guessing it's possible by manually crafting provisioning profiles... but, seriously?
I've tried going the manually crafted provisioning route, I still couldn't get it to work with anything but SHA1 for phase 2.
