"Leaked", or did someone just decrypt the IP core? Because I have a git repo somewhere with Lattice's ECP3 PCIe implementation, including full comments... *cough*.

AFAIK it's (a) not encrypted, (b) you can't just get an encrypted version, based on what the vendor's website says, so I say "leaked"
