Pretty sure that's noise of some sort. It makes no sense as an explicit transmission. Stuff using multiple carriers to carry information doesn't have massive spaces between them like that, it just looks like an entire solid block.

Like, if you think about it, it looks a lot like a two-slit experiment diffraction pattern, which makes no sense for carrying information, and makes a lot of sense as an artifact/noise.
